3. Modular training experience supplying understanding, tools and techniques for individuals to:

  • Clearly communicate sales opportunities to the next internal point of contact for a seamless progression through the organisation.
  • Avoid common errors which damage sales opportunities or miscommunicate potential values.

 

4. Individual complementary coaching:

  • It can be beneficial for some individuals to receive some extra help to become comfortable with the system and their place in it. This will typically be those positions that have a high impact but where the individual doesn't have a sales background.

 

5. A six month refresher.
